Make Project mailing and printing recipients default from customer??

Is there any way to make project recipients in the mailing & printing settings default from the customer? From what I see, mailing & printing settings come from project preferences, and there is no way to set them to pull from the customer.

 

TLDR; Make project mailing & printing settings default from customer and not project preferences.
