Generic Inquiry New Record Defaults from Parameter

Hi,

 

Is it possible to get the value of the parameter of a GI and put it in the New Record Defaults?

​@aromero16 You can do it your data field on the Result grid should be =[Owner]

or you can select from the Fields under the pencil (my parameter was test)

Unlike Report Designer, it seems that it is not possible to get the value of the parameter and put it in the New Record Defaults in GI.

 

 

 

However, you can still create the New Record Defaults in GI without getting the value of the parameter.
