Generic Inquiry for List of Approved Documents

Hi,

Is there a way to have a generic inquiry that can list the following:

  1. List of Approved Documents per Employee (All Screen)
  2. List of Pending Approval Documents for All Screen
  3. List of Report that records Approved, Pending for Approval and, Rejected Documents.

I would appreciate your help to get an idea of these requirements.
