Hi All,

Do we have a place to record BOQ on Acumatica - Module Construction?

We sell ceiling (Material UOM = Panel) for project X (1000sqm). 

On the construction, the UOM on the contract will be sqm and the UOM of the cost will be material UOM.

we need a place to record conversion from Material UOM to contract UOM. Quantity Surveyor will do the take off and fill out this infor.

Hello @chidao ,

Is the Project Budget detailed to the Stock Item Level?

If Cost and Revenue Budget Level is Task and Item, then revenue budget may contain Sales UOM and Cost Budget may Contain Cost UOM.

Revenue Budget UOM
Cost Budget UOM

Conversion between Sales UOM and Cost UOM can be entered in Stock Items screen, and used in reports.

Your proposal is helpful but in my special case, it does not work because the conversion is not consistent on the item. It depends on the method of installation of that item.

I'm unsure if we have a feature to record BOQ and allow recording multiple BOQ versions on 1 project, where we can define the conversion for each version of BOQ depending on installation method.
