Disable Put on Hold button if PO has a bill attached

Is there a no code way to disable the Put On Hold on a PO if there is an invoice attached? If this is not possible is there a way to disable if status is ‘Open’ (PO fully approved)

It worked! When adding the default Workflow selected RO as the workflow type and should remember to set the new workflow to active (which will automatically set the existing RO to inactive)

  1. The new workflow created
  2. Original RO workflow automatically sets to inactive when you activate the new workflow

@Garbhanm4 Yes, You need to extend the standard workflow (Need to give some extension name and update the workflow)
