+2I don’t understand why a change order we have in ‘Canceled’ status would contribute to the ‘Potential CO Amount’ in Project Balances. We canceled it so that we had the history of what we originally priced, so it is worth while to keep the data around (rather than deleting), but it shouldn’t contribute to ‘Potential’. Is there a good reason for this that I'm not understanding?

I just tested on my instance, version 24.106.0018, and Cancelled CO’s are excluded from Potential CO Amounts. Can you verify that the related Cost/Revenue Budget lines include or exclude the amounts and match the Balances tab figures? If Balances-Cost-Revenue tabs match, you can enter a support case for further investigation.

i tested this in my local and the canceled CO does not show up as potential once it was cancelled
