I need to add Sales Tax to the AIA report. Has anyone done this and does anyone have a copy of the AIA.

Hello,
I have added tax to the AIA before. It was easy to add the current tax amount to bottom of page 2, difficult to obtain tax from all previous invoices for the previous applications column. Our customer’s need was satisfied with adding tax to two columns as shown below. I’ve highlighted necessary tax calculations on the right side, in the below example.
