Using 2024R1 SaaS, we’ve set the user inactivity timeout to 3hrs in User Security>Security Preferences.  Users are experiencing timeouts of less than an hour.  Are there browser settings that also need to be changed?

Are these Active Directory / SSO Users or are these “standard” users with an Acumatica Username/Password?  If it’s Active Directory, do you have other security preferences outside of Acumatica that are overriding this?
