We would like to upgrade our DeviceHub installation to 2024 R1 and would like to know what file(s) we would have to backup to keep all of the printers already present. We’ve taken screen shots of all the installed printers, but would like to not have to manually enter them into DeviceHub if that can be avoided.

Device Hub can be Updated the version details, I dont think anything will overrride during the Upgrade.
However you can take the device hub folder and keep it as a backup plan.

Thank you. I just wanted to double check. Making a backup of the folder is definitely a good idea just in case.
