ShipStation not pushing shipments back into Acumatica

We installed the ShipStation customization for 24R2 into our client’s live tenant and when we process orders ShipStation is not pushing the shipment back into Acumatica.  Are we missing something in the mapping?  I am hoping this is a simple fix.
