Reason Codes not appearing on Adjustment screen

Hello, 

I have noticed that the reason codes are not appearing on the adjustment screen. I see them when I click into the adjustment, but they do not show on the main overview screen. 

I can confirm there is a column that says “reason code” but this column is blank even if there is a reason code on the actual adjustment. 

I can also confirm that the GI says it is pulling the data from the correct source. Any ideas?

You need to add the relationships as below:

  1. INTran to INSite by SiteID

  2. INTran to INRegister by DocType and RefNbr

Relations

@ChantellBeaty, Could you please share the Generic Inquiry configuration, it will help us identify the issue? Also, do you have the same reason code in the lines of a single adjustment?

We only house 2 reason codes. There is only one per line: Sorry I am new to Acumatica.

@ChantellBeaty ​@Nilkanth Dipak note that in example above, grouping by Reference Number should be applied in GI, if you want to see one line per document.

And if you group them, in case you have different reason codes in lines of a single adjustment, only one reason code will be displayed for now.

Hi ​@vshashkova, I believe we can use grouping as shown below to view each line from the INTran records individually.
