Hi. We are in the initial phase of implementation and are considering changing our Project numbering scheme? Does anyone have any good schemes that work for them?

I’d also like to know what kind of projects your firm works on, and what kind of information about the project, if any, you’d like to be able to deduce from looking at the project id alone.
