Hi. We are in the initial phase of implementation and are considering changing our Project numbering scheme? Does anyone have any good schemes that work for them?

Hello Brent, If you’re looking for a recommendation, it will help me to know how your project id is currently configured and what about it is not working out for your company. I’d also like to know what kind of projects your firm works on, and what kind of information about the project, if any, you’d like to be able to deduce from looking at the project id alone.
