Opening Requisition details from request screen

Happy Monday!

Our Purchasing department is looking to open Requisition Details from the request screen. 

However upon opening the new screen, it’s blank. This works for me as an admin so I know it is permissions related. 

 

I currently have delete permissions set to all requests. I want the users to see the requisitions but not create them so I have that set as view only. However I’ve had that set as delete as well with the same result.

@bbondura as long as the user has view only access to Request, Requisition and Requisition Detail node it should work. I did not have any issue on my end unless there are some other access required based on the item and branch which are different. So if the same user has administrator role can see the Requisition details record with no issues?

Hello ​@ricoybanez! Where can I find Request Entry? I’m not seeing it in permissions. 

@hkabiri Yes, I have all of those set correctly in the two roles that are enabled on the user. I’ve messed around with so many settings. I’m not sure what is blocking me.

This is the Request Entry
 

 

  1. Have you verified that the Request was already with REQUISITION?
  2. If it has no Requisition yet then it’s possible that you will get a blank data when you click the button Requisition Details under the Request Entry.

It’s closed. I verified there was a requisition with my account prior to testing it.
