I'm trying to give access to an employee so they can create new purchase receipt,ive tried access rights by screen, user etc but I can't seem to find that tab
can anyone assist me

Assuming the employee already has a user login and is assigned to a role, you can grant the necessary permission through Access Rights by Screen[SM201020].

yes, I have tried all that but unfortunately, I still can't get the specific employee access to that tab
Not sure if its the same for you, but in MYOB Acumatica the Employee Licence doesn’t have rights to Receipt POs, but can only Create them. We need to upgrade the licence type against the user to perhaps a Warehouse or Projects user to provide that function. Perhaps check the licence that is applied to that user if you have a user based licencing model.
