A question for Acumatica’s development team. Not sure if I should be asking this here or somewhere else.
Are there any plans to update the framework (or dropdown) list of available time zones?
There are at least 3 new time zones in Canada effective Nov. 1. There is also the “Yukon” time zone which has been around since 2020, but never added to Acumatica.
We can currently work around this by customizing the “Daylight Saving Settings” for the current time zones or using alternate time zones from different regions, but this is not ideal. Customizing a time zone for only part of the region that the time zone covers negatively affects the other areas of that time zone.
I would even be happy if there were generic “UTC +/-” time zones added - specifically UTC+05:00, UTC+06:00, and UTC+07:00.
