Mobile push notification is not working

Hi all,

 

I’ve set up a business event and mobile push notification in MYOB Acumatica, but the mobile push notification isn’t working and is showing the following message. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?

Make sure the user has their Push Notifications tab turned on in the mobile app within the settings tab.

Yes, I’ve checked and confirmed that notifications are turned on in the mobile app under the Settings tab.
