We are experiencing a number of performance problems.  We are an on prem installation hosted in an Azure environment.  Has anyone implemented multiple web servers and any of the Azure Load balancing options?  In the pre-Azure days this would have been accomplished by creating multiple Web Server VM’s behind a NetScaler.  I am looking for a similar option, if it is viable with Acumatica.
