Hello,A client requested autonumbering based on a inventory class.I adjusted Segmented Key to include the inventory class as Segment 1 (AAA format) and defined its keys. Added Segment 2 as numeric (6 digits) for auto-numbering.Also defined numbering sequence for the segment 2 and selected auto-number. The issue I have is auto-numbering is not sequential within an inventory class.So if I create item BBB<NEW> after AAA000001 it saves the item as BBB000002. How that can be set up so the numbering is sequential in each Segment 1 value? Best regards,Mike
Hello, Is there any way (routines or webservice, etc.) in order to import and/or export snapshots using code (c# for example) ?I find that there is some routines provided in order to manipulate customization packages via code and i m looking if there is some other routines for snapshots ?Manipulating snapshots via code could be very useful in mutliple cases :Scheduling export snapshots for translation purposes (Localization.xml files) Making intergration tests with snapshots up to date Etc. Thanks in advance
I added the Outlook plug in on my local Outlook and would like to switch which user it logs in as.I am using 2021 R2. It has a Sign Out button, but it doesn’t seem to do anything.I tried removing and re-adding the plug in, but it is keeping the login info so I can’t change it. There must be a file somewhere this is kept?
I have tried to use a GI to pull up data that is referenced inside the DispatchersStatus object, however an error shows Invalid object name 'DispatchersStatus'. Although I am addressing the root cause behind the processing issue from a business event, it is my understanding that the number of messages in the push Notification Queue and Business Event Queue are symptoms of an issue with BEs. Has someone found a way to pull in the latest number of messages to kickoff an email SMS or other subscriber? I am currently using Build 19.209.0038 but plan to upgrade to 2020 R2 this month.
Good day,We have a QB-ACM project in progress. The vendor has informed me that the snapshot restore process takes at least 40 minutes every time from the development tenant to the migration tenant. It seems that is restores the entire databases between to the two tenants. Does anyone have an idea how to speed up the snapshot restoration process? We are migrating over 2 years of data from QB ro ACM. (The vendor has requested that we get him a separate ACM; I would like to avoid this). However, I would to make the process efficient. Hello,Just wondering if anyone else has been running Azure AD SSO since 2019 only to upgrade and now you have to pay for that feature. Guess I should have paid more attention that is on me. But to break our current setup after an upgrade and requiring a license that was not required before is bad form in my opinion. At the very least should have had access to this feature until my current licensed expired.-Matt

We have a device hub setup for scanning documents, but all the documents keeps scanning in duplex but the config is set to 1 sided scanning Scanner: fujitsu sp1130Driver: Paperstream IP (TWAIN) Scanner is tested and working correctly on the Windows side and no duplex problem Any suggestions
Hello,Looking for information if it is possible to create user restrictions to only allow access to view certain Sites. As an example, we utilize a network of Contract Manufacturers, I would love to allow access to a user at the site to process production moves as the plants complete actual production. However, I would need to restrict that users access to only be able to process and see relevant information for their specific site. We don’t want access to other sites in the system. Is this possible?
When Acumatica for Alexa demoed in 2019, we were excited. Downloaded the Customization Package (CP) and installed for 2018R2 at the time, able to link Alexa and Acumatica,and able to test the skills. Come 2021, revisited Acumatica for Alexa and installed CP in 2021R1. Failed to link. Raised ticket with Acumatica and was told by your remote support, its at Amazon’s end. Spoke to Amazon’s customer and the simple issue of linking has yet to be resolved. Anyone else encountered same anomaly of this pre-release software?
When a business scenario is activated and picked up by the automation schedule , it generates a list of tasks. When I click on a task I've been assigned how do I see the detail in that task that was captured in the scenario setup? The details are important to me as I assume this is the communication medium.
First off, I’m new to Accumatica and this might be a stupid question, but I can’t find a definitive answer in the documentation, and our integration partner isn’t being super responsive. We have a new implementation of Accumatica with a single tenant and we use Google for mail. We are looking at implementing Google SSO for authentication to Accumatica, as well as implementing 2FA through Google. Email within Accumatica is presently not set up to allow users to send from themselves, but we would like to implement this. I’ve read that in order to turn on mail personalization when 2FA is enabled, you have to use an App Password, but we’d prefer not to. In looking for alternatives to using App Passwords, it occurred to me that that the key generated by Google when SSO is first set up could maybe take the place of the App Password? Did that make any sense at all?

This is a companion thread to my other thread about general performance tuning of Acumatica. However, this is specific to hardware configuration for bare metal servers running Acumatica. I am probably going to separate the application and database servers. So any suggestions for bare metal SQL Server and bare metal IIS for Acumatica? I may run some thin virtualization layer in order to run many instances, but the goal is to give the instances as much access to server horsepower as possible. Any suggestions from the field? Assume money is not an object.

Hi, The Client has 7 Segments in the SUBACCOUNT and the Lookup Mode on the Segment key for SubAccount is “By Segment: All Avail. Segment Values”. One of the segment key is” Department” They would like to setup the restriction so a use can only view the data of the relevant Department when printing the ARMS Report. Can you please let me know if this is possible with the SubAccount setting “Allow Adding New Values On the Fly” Any help will be much appreciated. Many ThanksAdeel Ahmed
