Hello guys, we are looking to reduce purchasing costs and are looking for acumatica to help us. In fact, we were wondering if we could send purchasing quotes to different vendors via email through the acumatica erp. We wish to centralise the information. Ideally, when creating a new PO, we would like to see, attached to the ItemID, all the different vendor quotes for the product. Dates would be included. This would help us track our purchases because, as of now, our buyers manage the quotes in their emails. This practice increases the risk of error of overpaying for products. Would this be possible? Thank you so much!
We are getting an error when we log into our ERP site. We are hosting onsite and started to experience this since we upgraded to Version 2022 R1. At first the program was very slow and would take several minutes to actual allow us to log on. We installed V 2022 R2 to see if it would help. Now we are at the point where an error screen (attached) comes up when we try to log onto the site. Has anyone experienced anything at this level?Thanks.
Hey everyone, Does anyone know why the Delete/Add SalesPerson on the order is grayed out?I’ve tried to look everywhere for ways to change it but I failed :( I’ve tried it with an Admin account with full access and the issue persisted regardless if the order is Open or on HoldIf you guys know how to enable this, it will be much appreciated.

Restrict access scenario: Give a user access to specific branch should only view inventory quantity from other branches
Hi!I have a specific scenario in MultiCompany/Branch environment related to access rights.Our customer has 3 different stores and each store has a warehouse related. A user of one store should only have access to warehouse inventory from another store but it should not be able to work in other branch than the one that has been assigned. I dont see a feature that could help me with this (access roles, restriction groups, restrict visibility). Does anyone have a configuration like this? Thanks.
Hello, recently we upgraded from 2020 R2 Build 20.208.0031 to 2022 R1 Build 22.109.0023, so in this process we had some custom tables with fields without USR prefix, so we created new fields with USR prefix and published the package, we are able to successfully overcome that issue, we actually followed this link https://www.sprinterra.com/blog/users-fields-in-acumatica-erp-blog-sprinterra/. Now when we are trying to create snapshot we are getting “An error occurred while importing data into the 'AuditHistory' table.” error.Please have a look at below trace. Is there a tool or integration to allow you to have a form on your company website that will feed into leads in Acumatica? We have Hubspot and have that integration for syncing leads but wondering about capturing leads from our website. Acumatica says it can be done but I haven’t found if there is an integration directly into Acumatica from a web form on the website.
Hello Team! Currently, we have a default email setup in the system.We are trying to see if it is possible to assign another system email for a specific transaction document type - while keeping the default email as is. For example, our default email is set to “email@example.com”, and we would like to keep it as the default while being able to send AR Invoice using “firstname.lastname@example.org” We would like to be able to use the “Email Activity” email functionality (See Diagram C ) to send the email, so we can review the email body and the documents being attached. When we were testing it, the Email Activity window still keeps on selecting the default email address.Is this possible to set up this way? Hi I am trying to configure the Path, Login and password for the Synchronization Type of Shared Folder and no matter what i try it gives me an invalid URL or a 1326 error. Can anyone help with the syntax of the Path/Login please. Does this only work if Acumatica is installed locally?
We’ve developed a webhook that receives push notifications and does entity creation work. All has been working fine until we moved to 2022R1, where we’re seeing odd behavior during the process that is kicked off by the webhook event.The web hook kicks off a custom long running process before returning to the caller. The webhook returns correctly, but shortly after, the site goes down and we find a PXNotLoggedInException in our Windows event logs. This feels like an instance or installation related issue, rather than a code issue. Has anyone experienced this before?PXNotLoggedInException Detail
We are seeing an issue where the System Monitor Queue - Push Notification Queue Processing Time Threshold is resetting back to 2 seconds after each app restart. Does anyone know how to permanently set this so that it doesn’t keep reverting?
Hello Acumatica Community, We have a potential customer who requires data migration of their open and historical transactions. The biggest issue is they require all attachments on each open and historical order to come over as well. Due to the nature of their industry (fire safety) they must be able to store and maintain all of these attachments for life safety purposes should something ever malfunction. We recommended to archive these attachments in a linked folder or site, which was shut down. We also recognize we can use an API push for this which is very cost prohibitive for the customer. Does anyone have any other advice or recommendations?

Could anyone have faced this before and any working solution, please suggest.Any inputs will be helpful, to troubleshoot the issue.Issue: In the business events settings, the “Processing Time Threshold(s)’ value is automatically resetting with some values often, for both Push Notification and Business Event Queue.Below are the screenshots for reference.Kindly let us know if any other inputs are required. Hi Everyone, I am trying to figure out where I could set the revoked access to user access rights by role for current cost in the stock item screen. I revoked this in the inventory item and item/warehouse setting but it seems reflected again on the screen. Is there a field that I missed? Hi Everyone, I am adding a new employee in acumatica. After I saved the document, the system generate a new ref nbr.but, when I go back in the Employees Generic Inquiry. I didn't see any details for Employee E00424. Is there any set up I need to reflect the employee set up? Thank you !!!
