As the topic says, I am trying to have a preview before emailing the invoices to customers. I would also like to add a link for our customers to access to.

 

I would like to know how can I add the function for preview as well a link to the email that is send out.

Hi @ajeeva 

You can preview the email when you click” Print Invoice”.

 

Print Invoice action will open the below screen, Now the user has to click “ Send” and select the email template which you can preview the email Body,

When I click on “Print Invoice, it does not open the preview and sends the email automatically in the backend.

Do you have any customization, In standard Environment you will get below option

On the Invoice screen> Click Print

 

Then click SEND

@nhatnghetinh Thanks but when I click on send, it does not give me a preview of the email template instead the email is sent to the client.
