Is there an Acumatica method to merge two tenants into one which are currently in the same database?Client has multiple companies and multiple branches in two separate tenants, is it possible to merge the two tenants into one, if they share the same Chart of Accounts and same periods? If not, Is there a script that can be run to bring the master records together with just the settings without transactions?
Hello,Before I go down this path, I wanted to know if it would be a viable solution to add a button in an email to approve or reject a document based on selecting the link. I have been able to get an elementary version of this to work through sending certain text in an email for intake but the client wants to get more sophisticated with an actual actionable button.I believe this would be possible with some variation of the portal- they click the link, brings them to the portal, they can approve- but not all customers will have an access. So ultimately I need to be able to get a response back without the need to authenticate.Any input or experience on this topic would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,This is a standard ACU hosted cloud deployment. During implementation, we create a test tenant to rain, load data etc… We want to include the customer portal in this process but need to temporarily have it look at data in the test tenant until go live. Can you direct the customer portal to look at data in another tenant?
We would like to add the ability to make a note of a contact’s phone number extension, when it exists.Yes, we can use this sample mask (###) ###-#### Ext: ####But, if they don’t have an extension, the “Ext:” text still displays, not ideal and does not look professional on reports etc. Does anyone have a clever idea of how to make “Ext:” only show if the 1-4 of the extension numbers exist? I’m new to regular expressions.
The client would like to set the “Reply Address” to default to the email address of the user that created the document being sent. So if the account is “firstname.lastname@example.org” and the receiver replies to the sent email, the reply would go to “email@example.com” who had created the purchase order that was sent. If there was an additional field on the Email Template form for it would be easy: Unfortunately that doesn’t exist, so I went to the System Email Accounts form, but the “Reply Address” field will only allow a valid email address. I haven’t found any info on coding that field so not sure if it’s even possible.

Is there a tool or integration to allow you to have a form on your company website that will feed into leads in Acumatica? We have Hubspot and have that integration for syncing leads but wondering about capturing leads from our website. Acumatica says it can be done but I haven’t found if there is an integration directly into Acumatica from a web form on the website.
In the pre-setup instructions (Installation Guide/Preparing for Installing Acumatica ERP), it says to enable these IIS features. It should clarify that only ASP.NET 4.7 (or appropriate ASP.NET version for the installation) needs to be included. Not ASP.NET 3.5, which is usually an option in IIS setup (see below).

We are trying to inactive a branch and cannot because of a warehouse error we're getting “The ‘XXXX’ branch of the company cannot be set as inactive because the following related warehouses exist: ‘XXXX’”. Is there any issues/ramifications if we move the warehouse to a different branch?
My company previously had Acumatica PCP license, and we had to change to PCS because acumatica stopped selling the perpetual license. Now, our acumatica country agent is insisting that we move to AWS because PCS cannot be hosted on local server. I found multiple online sources saying that both PCS and PCP licenses can be deployed anywhere, on-premises or in a private data center, depending on your preference. But I still wanted to confirm it Can we install acumatica PCS on our local server?
We upgraded to version 20.207.0012. The upgrade path was:from 19.205.0023 to 19.206.0036then to 20.201.0051then to 20.202.0043finally to 20.207.0012We did all of these update is one night and did not test inbetween updates.Testing seems to show most things are fine, however we now cannot open the Project Quotes listing page. We are able to open the Project Quotes form (PM304500) and we can open existing quotes using that form, but any attempt to visit the Project Quotes listing (PM3045PL) results in this error:A table with the alias Owner cannot be found. We have in the past applied a customization project pertaining to quotes, but we unpublished before the upgrade and have not yet republished. Those customization projects did not affect PM3045PL, but they did make changes to PM304500 and they did add a couple of columns to the CROpportunitiesProducts database table. Of course, those columns are still in the database.Any help sorting this out would be much appreciated.
Hey All - appreciate any responses in advance.I have a need to a create an order type that functions just like a standard sales order (e.g. I can add stock items, create shipments and pick tickets, etc.) but that DOES NOT impact inventory quantities. This is designed to provide a quick solution to situations where our warehouse staff short ships an item(s) on an order and prevents us from having to issue a credit memo on the original order and then create a new (“standard”) sales order for the quantity that was short shipped.Does anyone know if this is possible?
Hello community,I would like to know if we can have sub-licensing in Acumatica. We have a prospect where they record the transactions from different companies (probably their own clients) and they are looking if Acumatica allows sub-licensing, as they would also like to get the system implemented for those clients, under the same instance but as a different tenant. Came to know that we might not have the sub-licensing feature. I was wondering about the customer portal for all the clients. I would like to have your thoughts/suggestions on this, as to how can we implement this.Thanks in advance.
I expect this is a coding job for our VAR, but is there an efficient way to update the Shipping Terms on a sales order per selection of the Ship Via? We charge the customer a different percentage of our shipping cost depending on the shipping method. In an ideal world (for us) the Break Amount field in Shipping Terms would be a Ship Via field instead. Ideas? TIA,Nathan in NJ USA
