My company hire me for their WMS. I did some research and found Acumatica also has WMS. My question is how can I use it? It’s a add-on or I just need to upgrade our Acumatica to 2020R1? We are using 2019R2 now.

I believe that it would need to be added to your license and you would want to look at updating to get the most recent features.
