How to prevent users from editing Notes/ Files on Sales Orders

HI Team,

There is any setting that we can lock the field Notes and File on Sales Orders after that SO is completed?

@chidao There is no way within Access Rights to place a conditional statement of “lock field notes and files” based on Sales Order Document Status. You would need to investigate modifying Acumatica’s workflow engine to accomplish what you want.

      @chidao It is not possible to setup audit history for files and notes.
