For past couple of days, Acumatica portal keep on logs me out frequently. Do anyone facing the same issue?

Hi ​@ranjithduraisamy72, I have been in the portal a fair amount this week, but have not experienced any issues.

    ​@rkenna It is only happening with the Acumatica Portal URL. I have been experiencing this issue since yesterday afternoon. It does not happen consistently, but intermittently when I switch from one screen to another. For example, while I was on the Cases screen and tried to switch to Live Chat, I was unexpectedly logged out. This happened more than 4–5 times.

    Hmm, I would say maybe trying to clear your cache or see if it is taking place in a different browser? Curious if anyone else is experiencing this, but I have not heard from anyone on my team about it.

    Hi ​@ranjithduraisamy72 - You may want to log an issue with Support. I haven’t heard of any issues but the community site is on the Gainsight platform so it’s completely different.
