Docusign Connect Error

Docusign will not connect. Im in a test sandbox and I have Use Test API box checked off & API URL and I save and try to connect and get an error. I do have a docusign account and Ive provided the login info within the email & password fields. What am I missing?

What is the exact error you are receiving? 

The error says “one or both username & password are invalid” but when I uncheck  Use Test API and click connect - it works. But, when I re-add the Test API URL and click connect, I get the previous error message.
