I have installed the DH on my computer and the pw is clearly displayed.
I have NOT installed any other acumatica app except for the DH.
Did I miss anything?

Thank you for reporting this. In my version of DeviceHub, the password is not visible. I cannot see the password, even when I type in a new one.
Is it possible that you are using a version of DeviceHub that is earlier than 2020 R1?

I have installed ONLY the DH on my computer. Could be linked?
