Please check the Access Right of the User you are deleting the Tenant. Check if your User has permission to access the Tenant you are trying to delete?

Please grant the user access to the 'Delete Snapshots and Tenants' screen under 'System Management' from the 'Access Rights by Screen'.

As @Sagar Greytrix  stated, have you checked the access rights? Check on the Access Rights by Role screen.

I am logged in as administrator so not sure why this is happening.

Are you a Saas customer or on prem? 

Have you asked your partner to look in the system?

Please check Users screen.

Do you have Administrator role in your Roles tab?

If the answer is “yes”, then please check Access Rights by Screen screen, then search for the screen in the “System Management” category. If Administrator role has anything lower than Delete - change that.
