Delete Test Tenant

Hi All,

I am trying to delete this test tenant, but I am getting this error.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi @driesdeklerk50 

Please check the Access Right of the User you are deleting the Tenant. Check if your User has permission to access the Tenant you are trying to delete?

Hi @driesdeklerk50,

Please grant the user access to the 'Delete Snapshots and Tenants' screen under 'System Management' from the 'Access Rights by Screen'.

Refer the attached screenshot.

You most likely do not have access to it. DO you have full admin rights?

As @Sagar Greytrix  stated, have you checked the access rights? Check on the Access Rights by Role screen.

I am logged in as administrator so not sure why this is happening.

Are you a Saas customer or on prem? 

Have you asked your partner to look in the system?

HI @driesdeklerk50 

Please check Users screen.

Do you have Administrator role in your Roles tab?

If the answer is β€œyes”, then please check Access Rights by Screen screen, then search for the screen in the β€œSystem Management” category. If Administrator role has anything lower than Delete - change that.
