We use subcontractors for some of our clients. Today, we have them logging into the main Production system of our Acumatica instance for Time Entry and Case management.
Is it possible to allow that same login id to access the Acumatica Portal rather than the Production system for accessing the Time Entry and Case management screens?
If so, can that be done through configuration or would it require a customization? (I probably would NOT do this if it required a customization).
