If you have a Dashboard widget with a GI and in that widget you have a parameter options set, when you PIN it as a KPI and open it, none of the inquiry parameters are preserved on the mobile app.
Below is a screenshot - by default this is not checked. I had to edit the GI itself to preload this as the default.
