Can the screen be audited in v2021R2? I want to track when a user clicks the Set Qty button. I’ve enabled auditing on the screen but nothing gets logged in Audit History.

What do you have as Active on that screen? Mine is 2023R1 but you should still have something similar
+17What happens when you click Audit History? Are you getting an error? Are you seeing anything in the actual Audit History screen?

Have you tried to re-create the audit screen? Maybe try to delete what is in there then re-add it.

I just tested on a Savant user who I know who has scanned shipments and I did not get any results either.
Have you tried to put a support ticket in with Acuamtica or asked your VAR to?
