I developed the the below approval condition and maps.
The user enters the bill and then releases it and that point the Status should be pending approval. It is not working. I thought it was a timing issue related to the date but I tested that; still not working. it is not inactive and put back the old version which did work.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

It looks like three steps are marked Inactive: please activate them.
Also, is the AP Bill Approval Map connected to Approvals Tab of AP Preferences, and Activated?
