Acumatica Uninstall and Licensing

Hi AllI have a question about unistalling Acumatica and how it will affect my license.I have a PCS deployment currently running on 25R1 and I’m planning to upgrade to 26R1 in a few months.I have been having issues with the Rabbit MQ service causing the site not to load and would need to restart the service to fix it. I found that when I upgraded from 24R1 to 25R1, the Rabbit MQ Server and the Erlang OTP were not upgraded with it.For my 26R1 upgrade I can try two things:Uninstall the Rabbit MQ Server and the Erlang OTP and see if they will reinstall with 26R1.	Uninstall everything including Acumatica and then reinstall everything fresh.The question I have for the second option is how will that affect my license? Would I have to contact support to release the license and then re-enter it after I’ve finished installing 26R1 or would it have no effect on it at all?Thanks in advance.Amit

Hi ​@asinghUninstalling RabbitMQ/Erlang should not affect your Acumatica license. If you do a full Acumatica uninstall and reinstall on the same PCS server, the license is usually not “lost,” but you may need to re-enter aftersetup, Since the license is tied to the Installation ID, this can affect the license activation. In that case, you will need to re-enter the license after the installation or upload License file again. forthat you need to Contact Acumatica Support with Installation ID.
