Hi everyone,

Frequently we have a need to collaborate with Acumatica Support on cases where they require access to our private cloud environment & subsequently our client sites.

Does anyone know what the IP addresses (ranges) are that Acumatica Support uses so that we can lock it down on our firewalls? It poses a risk to our infrastructure to just allow access from everywhere.

Best,

Hello @armand12,

The below article includes how to find the IP address of Acumatica.

System Administration FAQs: System Maintenance | Community

This IP address is static; however, it may change during maintenance if a server move is needed, the SaaS notifications will let you know well in advance to make any needed changes prior to maintenance.

Hope this helps.

Hi CJayalath49,

Thank you for your response - appreciate it.
I see what you mean but I am afraid that refers to an Acumatica site, not Acumatica Support’s Public IP.

What I am referring to is the for instance when we have a support case where Acumatica would assist us, they need access to our IIS sites.  I should maybe have started with this, they are all own hosted (PCS) sites.

Acumatica would access our sites from their side which is the IP address(es) I am looking for.
It seems to be at random (multiple locations - mainly in the US) but the IP addresses they’d provide normally differs from lets say, the next or previous Acumatica support consultant’s.

We then whitelist their IP addresses in order for them to access the Acumatica sites that we host, but upkeep on these IP ranges promotes risk and it always differs.
