23 r1 Upgrade dropping GLTran rows

During the upgrade to 23 R1 105.0016, i noticed that over 10% of my GLTran table rows were dropped.  For us that is over 1.5 m rows.

They all occurred in the PM Module entries and I can not find any documentation around this in the release notes or online. 

Does anyone know why this happened?

    @patricklong02  Never seen such issues. I recommend you to raise a support case with case with Acumatica to find out the root cause.
