I have been working with Acumatica at Haun Welding Supply, a 4th generation business in the northeastern United States, for about 7 years now. I have had the pleasure to work with all aspects of the Acumatica product, providing insight on how to get the most out of the software while enhancing the business. Haun selected Acumatica due to the unique business requirements and the ability to adapt Acumatica as our line of business software was not on the market with how we would need to use it. I have been a member of the developer MVP community since 2019, after joining my first Hackathon in Houston.
Being a member of the Developer MVP Community (Now branded the Developer All-Stars) has allowed me to be a part of a team to collaborate and share insights where I would not have otherwise been able to due to being on a small team. I enjoy sharing solutions that I have developed with the community, as I have benefited from others sharing as well. That is one of the things that I love about the Acumatica community, everyone is very helpful and willing to share information with each other.
Outside of work, I have been a mentor with the Honeoye Robotics 4H Team 3951 for the past 8 years, which is involved in the FIRST Robotics Competition. I have been involved with the program throughout high school, and am glad to share my experiences with my older children as well as other students in the community.
