You may have received notice from Avalara regarding support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 being disabled in the sandbox and production environment. If you are in Acumatica’s SaaS environment, we want to ensure you that our application supports TLS 1.2 for both server and client. No further action is necessary in light of this announcement.
On-premise customers need to ensure TLS 1.2 is enabled on the application server where Acumatica ERP is hosted for Avalara integration to continue to work after Avalara applies the change.
