Notice of New Sub-processor
This notice, which you are receiving as a Subscriber under our End User License Agreement or Acumatica Subscription SaaS Agreement (the "Agreement"), is to inform you that we are engaging a new third-party provider ("Sub-processor") to assist us in the delivery of Acumatica's services.
The following provides details of the new Sub-processor and the services it will provide:
Name: Intercom, Inc. (doing business as Fin)
Description of services: Customer engagement and support platform including live chat, automated messaging, and help desk ticketing to facilitate communication with Acumatica end users and to help resolve customer support inquiries.
Address: 55 2nd Street, 4th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA
Personal data processed: Contact details (name, email address); Contact identifiers (user ID, username); associated organization information (company name, account status; support level).
We want to assure you that we have carried out due diligence on this Sub-processor to ensure it can provide sufficient guarantees to protect the privacy and security of the data it processes on our behalf. We have also entered into a written agreement with this Sub-processor that imposes strict data protection obligations no less protective of personal data than those which are set out in our DPA with you (which forms part of the Agreement). We expect to go live with this Sub-processor on August 31, 2026. If you have a reasonable basis for objecting to this engagement due to data protection concerns, please notify us in writing, no later than August 30, 2026, by emailing legal@Acumatica.com
