Beacon Is Coming: The Trusted Knowledge Foundation for Acumatica

This July, Acumatica launches Beacon, a new knowledge website and trusted knowledge foundation for Acumatica where documentation, release notes, known issues, job aids, videos, and knowledge articles come together in one continuously updated destination.

Beacon is available to everyone without signing in. For a personalized experience and access to additional content, simply sign in using the same single sign-on (SSO) credentials you use for the Acumatica Portal. Beginning on launch day, links to Beacon will be available from both the Acumatica Portal and Community.

Beacon is more than a new destination for documentation and product knowledge. It's a strategic investment in how customers, partners, developers, and employees discover knowledge, build expertise, and get trusted answers throughout their journey with Acumatica.

By bringing our product knowledge together into a single, AI-connected experience, we're creating one trusted source for the information people need, whether they're implementing Acumatica, learning a new feature, troubleshooting an issue, or exploring what's new.

This is the first step toward a connected knowledge ecosystem that supports users from their very first day through advanced product expertise.

Open University and the Help Portal will fully transition to Beacon by August 2026. Existing Help Portal URLs will automatically be redirected. This is a big step up, and there is more to come to our future learner experience.

The in-product Help experience remains unchanged for now.
