Error: Inserting 'AM Transaction' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. One or more lines have unassigned Location and/or Lot/Serial Number

@jvarughese23 lot/serial tracked Inventory is getting used by the production order, that is why system requires the lot/serial info for the inventory itself. When creating Materials transaction, you should define lot/serial in the Lot/serial column or in the Line details if there are multiple lot or serial numbers of the inventory quantity being issued to the production order. I would suggest creating support ticket if this does not resolve the error. 
 

Parent Lot/Serial is the lot/serial of the item being produced in the production order and “Never” value means do not ask materials to be assigned to the lot/serial of the production order. Help should provide more details on it.

We Use Require Lot / Serial number as NEVER  in Order type  and when creating Production order Still the same error while making a Move Transaction of Items
