Import Scenario for Kit Assembly creates first Transaction and then errors out

Hi All,

When I run the Import Scenario below, the system is creating the first kit Assembly transaction, yet giving me this error for the following (tested that it is not record-related):

 

We do not have any customizations in place.
Any ideas?

Is the kit assembly screen customized by any chance?  See previous post with same error caused by customizations:

No customizations in the whole system.
