No, I don’t think you can setup external authentication without this license… the External Identities sheet is just there to how you the user keys and let you disable links between Acumatica users and external identities, but you can’t “add” anything there otherwise.
+11You need to enable the “Advanced Authentication” feature in Enable/Disable features. Note that this is licensed separately, if you have not added this to your Acumatica license it will not be available.
