In other systems we have setup a Tiered PTO schedule for time off. Which is directly run off of your hire date. Example:0-4 years gets a total of 2.7692 Accrued Hrs per week (per pay period)5-9 years gets a total of 3.5385 Accrued Hrs per week (per pay period)10+ years gets a total of 4.3077 Accrued Hrs per week (per pay period)So when Payroll is run it validates the years from your hire date - and then gives you the correct accrued vacation time per pay period. I cannot seem to find a way to set this up in Acumatica Payroll. Is this doable? Or does anybody know of a good way to set this up in any way shape or fashion to get this accomplished - preferably not just having the PR person verify employees tiers and manually update them as they cross into another tier. Thank you!
I am trying to use stock email notification templates, in this case one is the InvoiceNotification, All I am wanting to do is add our email and direct phone number in the text. Just adding on to the current sentence that they have in the stock. It saves fine but when i go through the invoice - print - send, it doesn’t come through there for some reason. i have made sure that i am adjusting the correct template that is being called and all the dots seem to be connected to call this but it just won’t show the new wording. what am i missing? seems like it would be some quick setting but i can’t find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Is there a way in Acumatica to set parameters on how long a sales quote is good for?
After clients last payroll run - where they just added one employee to have ‘Paid time off’ - when going through ‘Government Reporting’ → Federal Tax Deposit (EFTPS) → and run if with the date range that the last payroll happened → they log into Aatrix they are then greeted with this message: “Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index”. Has anybody seen this error message? I have checked the one change that was made and it matches what 3 other employees have exactly on entries and exact time entered for that line item. I have seen similar error messages on this forum and looked into those data errors causing those and that is not the problem here bringing up this error. Appreciate any feedback that you all may have! Thank you.
I have a client that is trying to setup 2 work comp codes into his Payroll system in Acumatica. We are far from PR experts. Does anybody have any experience, knowledge in setting the employee/employer settings for these? they are on 2020 R2 system. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you.
version 2020 R2. For a few stock items, the “In Assembly Demand” quantity is greater than zero. All Kit’s have been released, so this quantity should be zero. See below for an example. How can I fix this? Thank you.
Hello all, we have a client that currently heavily deals with kits within kits. Is this something that Acumatica can handle without modifying it?
Hello! we have been doing our work to get our badges and have the U100 data set in a testing company to work through the training with. Out of nowhere, today, we are getting an error when trying to bring up the Customers screen. we are opening it in windows explorer, we have not modified that i know of. Our other testing companies with other data work just fine. We are new to the acumatica world and so not up to speed on how to figure these issues out. If you need any further information to help deduce the issue please let me know. any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is the stack trace message: [PXException: Error: This generic inquiry does not exist anymore.] PX.Data.PXGenericInqGrph.PrepareCaches(String id, String name, Dictionary`2 parameters, Boolean fetchSchema) in C:\Users\svc-builder\AppData\Local\Temp\~PX.Data.0\PX.Data.dll.il:936172 PX.Web.UI.PXGenericDataSource.InstantiateDataGraph(Type type) in C:\Users\svc-builder\AppData\Local\Temp\~PX.Web..1\PX.Web.UI.dll.i
Can you configure a workflow on a per user/group basis in Acumatica? Or is it strictly a system wide basis?
