Hello - I want to set an approval process for “normal” PO’s. However, I want to exclude the process for Drop-Ship POs. What is the best way to do this?I have some automation that will generate the PO for our drop ships.When I turn on an approval for the Normal PO I start getting an error regarding the lack of an owner on the PO.
Our inventory is set up in a nonconventional manner where we have last cost being the place holder for the price we paid for an item. We typically buy and resell. Is there anyway to get the last cost to show on our home screen for stock items? Our current list doesn’t have that as an option to add. Or is there a way to get last cost to populate into current cost?
I have a GI that has several calculated fields. I need to take the qty on hand from one Warehouse and add it to the qty on hand form another to show total qty on hand.I tried grouping by inventory ID however this causes issues in my calculated fields.Example Error: “Column 'INSiteStatus.QtySOBackOrdered' is invalid in the select list because it is not contained in either an aggregate function or the GROUP BY clause.”
I have an issue where we import a spreadsheet of labor to create a new import. Sometimes the supervisor will accidentally add an entry that is erroneous. I want to create an approval map that sees an entry that is greater than 8 hours and stops the import and alerts a group to look at it before it is imported. IS that even possible?
All I have a labor batch that Will release, create the GLBatch and Create the Cost Batch however the cost batch will not process. and the labor batch ends with an error Another Process has added the ‘AMProdEvent’ record. - The labor batch is still in “balanced” status, the Cost Transaction is still in “UNReleased” Status. My assumption is I could probably release the cost transaction. Which would finish the process. But would that close the Labor batch?
I am setting up a QA/Testing Env. This is all on one box. Everything is installed. however the acumatica installer is coming back with no available websites. (See img)
In the current clock entry screen (AM315000) you can only “Clock In” and Clock Out” by Employee ID. There is a Save button however it seems to be disabled. vvvvvv See Below vvvvv Basically I would like to change this so that I could use this as more of a data entry screen and enable the save and insert transaction buttons. vvvv See Below vvvvAny thoughts on how to accomplish this with out deep customizations?
