Hey Jeff,Here are some options for this request:1. Request Profiler, with all options turned on. 2. In System Monitor → Requests in ProgressOne really nice benefit of Request Profiler is being able to review logs at a later time. With SQL logging turned on, one can even minute details regarding specific screens/GI’s/running processesIn System Monitor → Requests in Progress one can review long running processes only at the time they are running. Here’s some follow up documentation that may assist with this endeavor further. Hey there! The above mentioned options are definitely viable solutions. Please also vote on the following related idea: At this time, one can assign a data field to the TO box inside a notification template. When your business event triggers, it will look at the data field and/or Placeholder added to the notification template. In regards to workgroups and emailing via business events, at this time Acumatica has a Placeholder for TO which can email to Workgroup Owners specifically, there is not one for emailing specific workgroup members. This may need to be hardcoded within your scenario at this time or simply specify the Placeholder for workgroup owner if that is feasible -- and please do vote on the above mentioned idea so that way this idea gets implemented faster!
Hello!I see that this issue is still open.I just recently answered something similar to this inquiry. Please review the following post, and also vote on the idea listed in my comment on this post, so that way this feature gets implemented sooner rather than later!
Hey there,I reviewed this inquiry and would like to clarify one thing first -- Azure AD integration (single sign on with Active Directory accounts specifically) is not seen via External identity Providers. The option for External identity Providers is for Personal Microsoft Email Accounts, Exchange, Open ID, etc. Since Azure AD is separate from External Identity SSO, and is full Active Directory User integration, the following help documentation be be reviewed. This outlined that the “Active Directory and Other External SSO” feature needs to be enabled on the Enable/Disable features list. If you do not see this on the Features list within Acumatica then it will need to be purchased via a license, if I recall correctly the license is titled “Advanced Authentication”. Here is a link to the help article that has this information, as well as an image where this information is listed. Most features are available on any local testing environment which do not have a license applied as well, i
Hey there, I reviewed this inquiry, if not wanting to use Automation Schedule on the Send and Receive emails screen to automate sending those emails, then in 22R1 there is a new feature that allows emails to be processed immediately if it contains the Default Email Account seen in email Preferences, and also the check box for “Send user emails immediately” is marked. Information on this can be found here in the 22R1 Enhancements page in help (as well as release notes for 22R1) https://help-2022r1.acumatica.com/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=97951723-de00-4eca-98cd-598bb1d15fcc
Hello Jpeltack,Adding on to what Laura mentions, configuring home page for each individual user is one way of doing this. Another way would be to configure the home page for the entire site via Site Preferences as well.
Hello,A system email account record inside Acumatica requires:an SMTP address (an email address)a password associated with that email addressa license applied to the email account in O365 that allows for email processing The size requirement is up to the person and how much email they plan on receiving into that inbox without deleting or archiving. One can always delete or archive old messages in O365 to free up space as well. The following KB document also explains how to configure an email account as a “Modern Authentication” email account, where the comments on this KB explain that some users have even been able to set up “shared” email accounts using Modern Auth, as long as some specific requirements are fulfilled, definitely check out this KB and corresponding comment thread!https://community.acumatica.com/installation-and-configuration-14/how-to-set-up-exchange-online-office-365-and-azure-online-accounts-using-modern-authentication-oauth-2-0-4638
Hey Michelle, If on the “Space Usage” screen you look at tenant status, and the tenant shows “Active”, this means it is a licensed tenant. If on the “Space Usage” screen you look at tenant status, and the tenant shows as “Test”, it falls under “Test tenant” restrictions specified in documentation. Hope this helps clear things up!
Hello,I can agree it is 100mbps as “recommended” but it really depends on other variables. One example IT gave is as follows: For example you could have an amazing fibre home service with 100GBPS upload speeds, but your laptop wireless card only gets 1MBPS from the home wireless router – and all the cool ISP power is useless. Since this is dependent on a site by site basis, I cannot give recommendation for this, but it sounds like 100Mbps should suffice.
