Hi @bscott68, You can set up a Business Event if you wish to email direct deposit notifications. For security purposes, we did not create the option for emailing direct deposits when Acumatica Payroll was created. Employees can log into their Acumatica instance and (within Payroll) see the Pay Stubs inquiry. This will show ONLY the pay stubs for the employee logged in. It’s more secure that emailing them, even with a password protected file. Payroll > Pay Stubs inquiryLet me know if this helps with your question, Denise

Hi @bscott68,Thanks for your question here in the community!In the Payroll module > Payroll Batches, when you add employee; you have the option to select the check box Time Activities in the header. This tells Payroll to look at Time Activities and compare the Period Start and Period End of the Payroll Batch and the employees in the Payroll Batch. If there are matches, then Payroll Batches pulls the time activities into the batch. Or, if they do not want to use Time anymore; in 2021 R1, in Payroll Batches > Earning Details you will have the ability to import directly into Payroll Batches. Let me know if you have any questions!
Hi @Colm Lennon Thank you for submitting your question here in the Acumatica Community! There are several paths to consider here. I understand you are using IDI as the piece that transfers between Acumatica and Ultipro. Depending on the needs - You can send time information directly to the Time module or with 2021 R1 you can send time directly to Payroll for processing. Acumatica payroll has both Certified and Union capabilities. We also have the ability for Payroll to send Wage cost and Wage and Burden Costs to Projects. Hi @mattsylvia22, Adjustment checks are great for small payroll and for parallel payrolls. For major import of current year import - I would use import scenarios. Start with Import PR Paycheck Headers. Use the spreadsheet and view the ReadMe tab to see the step by step available.
Hi @mattsylvia22 You can enter in an Adjustment Type paycheck for the employee. Use the correct Pay Period. Click the Paid Time Off tab and you can enter in “adjusting” accrual hours.

@JBMichael, if you are using Aatrix to report, the second page shows the employee information with the SOC fields red in color to enter the SOC. Looks like for now it is a manual process but it is there for the electronic report. @amajors - I’m not seeing a second page on the Quarterly Contribution Report. Are you referring one of the other reports?

Thanks Abe for the reply as well. I’ve looked at the IN UC-1/UC-5A-S eFile Report and do not see the SOC listed. We’ll be glad to research. Please enter or have your Partner enter in a support case. We’ll get started on our side as well. Feel free to send me the case number so I can follow and assist. As a side note: You can review your reports at any time within Government Reporting. You don’t have to wait till you are ready to eFile. All reports can be reviewed and redone as many times as needed.
Hi JBMichael, I’ve looked through our Government Reporting for Indiana and do not see where they are used. If used in a different report, we can always add in an attribute on the Employee to access very easily. Feel free to contact me directly.
