PTO Available Hours not showing when there are front loaded hours.

Why would there be no hours available on the employees when the front loaded amounts are there?

Hi @tsnyder16

The first question I always have to ask, is what version is currently being used.

Second question -- has the first paycheck been processed and released?  The Hours Available is not updated till after the first paycheck/adjustment entered.

Thank you Denise!  They have not yet cut the first paycheck since they are going live with Payroll the first of April.

Also, the page is date sensitive.  Be sure to set the Business Date to the last day of the year to see the ending balance.  Then as mentioned, the carry over amount will be included in the Available Hours after the first paycheck of the new year.
