...i did the recalculate inventory but it is still saying the negative qty error… we do have the allow qty to go negative turned off… ...there is actually qty in the WH ID though just in a specific location...
Hello Bryanb39, yes, our inventory items have default WH and default issue from location and default to location...where can I find the allocation on the SO andassign a location though? Kind regards,Mrivera67
...is the “allocation” button suppose to be visible in the yellow shaded area? if yes, how do I make it visible?
Hi vkumar, ...it does nothing because i can not specify the location ID itself… ...there is already a negative value on the UNASSIGNED location but the real location of BMCWH1 has 44,900...please refer to the screenshot… Kind regards,mrivera67
Hello Bryanb39, Yes, all items are the same...when a SO is created, the location is UNASSIGNED...is there a way to be able to tag a location as early as in the SO creation stage? Kind regards,Mrivera67
...thanks for your reply...i only ask this because when I publish a customization project, it seems to be applying it to all the other tenants in the same database...and that is what I do not want to happen for obvious reasons… is there a work around for that? Kind regards,mrivera67
...Oh, why is that not enabled in my instance? is this for a particular kind/version of Acumatica only?
yes, I have access to publishing rights...just discovered I have to tick the customization first...let me try this out first, thanks for your input manikantad18!
Hi @Naveen Boga , I have a similar scenario but I want the drop list to be the list of all inventory items, so basically, I add a new data field, add control but then what? I am not that good with programming language and would appreciate if can be done by clicking buttons please! [the inventory does not show up in the data view drop down box if the screen that I am want to change is the Case Support screen] Thank you! Kind regards,mrivera67
hi manikantad18, did some testing, unpublishing and then publishing using the multiple tenant option and it still just applies the customization to all of the tenants in the same database. why is that when i clearly indicated which tenants to apply it only to?
...so this issue has not yet been fixed by Acumatica then...
...so going back to my main issue, if I have a license for 10 tenants, i should be able to create a separate database for each of these tenants and my license will allow that? or does my tenants need to be in the same database? kind regards,mrivera67
Why is this still not working on my instance? I am running 2021 r2.
Thanks for your response @manikantad18. Yes, it is the same XML version. I export an existing Approval Map and then import it in another test environment, same version and everything. It does not give an error message or anything, i just does nothing. I go to my intended test environment and import the approval map, tag the XML file and click on OK, mouse icon does its swirling and then nothing. Nothing happens. That is why I am thinking, am I missing a step or something?Kind regards,mrivera67
HI Chris, no solution yet...what I am doing is I am reconfiguring it at the moment but can not seem to just “copy and paste”. Kind regards,mrivera67
Has this been solved? I have a similar issue, only 24k records and it takes 2 minutes for a search result to come out, only uses 5 tables, on premise installation though but other GI search appears in 5 seconds or less even when there are more records in the table…mrivera67
