Hi @snanjeru

Visually everything does look good.  Would it be possible to share the details from the Trace screenshot or error details ?

Hi @snanjeru

Please check Inventory allocation details screen (ScreenId=IN402000), for specific inventory and warehouse/location to get exact available quantity for shipment.

If numbers are correct, run ‘Recalculate inventory’ option (ScreenId=IN505000) for specific Inventory and warehouse combination.

With regards to the trace log, expand the detail section and attach the screenshot.

Hope this helps,

Regards,

Hi @snanjeru

You need to click on the small right arrow symbol to expand, view details of the Trace log.

Also, did you try the following as well :

  • Check Inventory allocation details screen (ScreenId=IN402000), for specific inventory and warehouse/location to get exact available quantity for shipment.
  • If numbers are correct, run ‘Recalculate inventory’ option (ScreenId=IN505000) for specific Inventory and warehouse combination.

This is what I get after recalculating the inventory. I am now looking for the 36 on hand.
